Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi passed away last week.

He spent his career studying happiness and creativity. He coined the concept of “flow state,” the feeling you get when you’re fully energized, focused, and immersed in an activity.

His book Flow is fascinating. He wrote one on creativity too, also good. He’s a terrible writer but his ideas are fantastic. H…
