#41 A week in the Galápagos Islands

Yo,

I am a huge fan of Kurt Vonnegut’s books. Sometime in the late ’90s I found a used copy of his book Galápagos and have wanted to visit ever since.

Fast forward 20 years or so and Laura was on the phone with a publicist about something, I forget what, and at the end of the call they asked her, “Hey, do you guys have any interest in going to the Galápagos?”

She said yes. So we went.

I spent a week living onboard a luxury yacht called Origin. It’s impeccably run by a company called Ecoventura.
